While installing a replacement battery tray , I came across this mounted on the radiator wall . What exactly am I looking at ? If the title says 1966 , why does the card say 1967 ?

It is the card the ran through a machine, like an old credit card imprint machine, when getting service or warranty work done at dealership. My '67 still has my Great Grandmother's card in it.

My 67 Coronet still has the original certicard with a 1/3/1967 purchase date and the original purchaser's name on it. (Ordered car) I have met the guy, and actually worked at the same shop with him for about a year in 1981.

My 1967 Coronet R/T came with its Certicard. Sold new in Hickory, N.C., with oriiganal buyer's name on it.
