Is this the future of our hobby?

For some people.

My commute is 9 miles. Would I do it in a converted 1976 volare? sure. Would I convert my GTX? not a chance.

sjd

"How about this bolt up tesla motor instead?"

How about hell no, I'll stick with a modern Hemi if I'm gonna convert thanks

Absolutely NOT! And this is a hill is will die on to defend.

No pic of the battery pack. where does that go? how big? As was said for just a point A to point B sure . Most cars are same same to me, electric or gas? who cares its here now....But there is nothing like a high winding V8....Nothing

That was my thought. Nearly $12,000 but doesn't seem to include batteries.

Way too much money! That much cash will buy me gasoline for the rest of my life. And pay for my creamation! Just wait several years when the competition goes up, and the prices drop.

It's only an option and not an option I plan on taking.

I just can't see myself making the vroom vroom sounds that I like so much.

Interesting though
