When I watch a clock time seems to go slower...lolTime goes by fast enough. So , no watches here.

I don't know why I'm watching this thread as I've never really been a watch junkie. I haven't worn one for 15 years now. Never did like rings or anything extra on my body. I wear my wedding band on occasion and that's it.
With that said, I can understand why people get into watches. You guys have displayed some beautiful works of art on this thread. Keep them coming.
Would I wear one, no. Do I like looking at them, yes.

I'm not a watch guy at all but I have one mom bought for me in the late 60's.... Very different... I couldn't find mine, it's around here somewhere.... But I found a picture of a very similar watch online...

I have a couple old Seiko's - college grad present, dad's old watch - and I have my grandpappy's pocket watch which is strictly a display piece (it's right twice a day though!). My current is a Garmin Vivoactive3:
Heart rate, step count, activity monitor, GPS, displays incoming calls and texts, and there are countless faces that can be downloaded and modified - can do digital, analog, old-school Casio clones, you name it, it's out there. App-controlled via smartphone. One watch, and I can change styles/colors as needed depending on mood or attire. And, it helps track my exercise and my heart - both of which I focus on as I age. I have to get old...I don't have to like it. Kicking and screaming the whole way!
