Hello all from McHenry Illinois.
working on my 1972 Plymouth Satellite.
bought cheap, first resto, years in the making, but here are some pics!
Stated off as red/blue/green/rust Plymouth Satellite
keeping it cheap, doing everything I can myself, including painting.
reusing what I can, welding in new pieces that I can fix rather than buying new panels.
Slow and steady I guess!

Welcome from New York State

I seem to remember "slow and steady" winning the race.

good luck with the 72 Plymouth project

welcome to FBBO

next big step is the quarter panel. just finishing up the interior as well. Front bench seat 60/40 with new vinyl. Actually just painted the rear seat with the VHT vinyl paint, it came out looking good, just don't sit in it, it isn't as pliable as it used to be! I obviously took the best pic of the car so far, have the rear to fix up still with the quarter panel, Just hate the idea of cutting away the entire quarter panel and really testing my welding skills....... And all these LITTLE interior gottchas. piece of plastic here, cable broken there, etc etc Trying to find some of this stuff is near impossible.
