6" 4000 PSI 18 years old and only the 2nd pressure washing.
Needs sealed when I get er all done, 3rd day tomorrow.
Generac multi just does not cut the surface enough.
I went over the whole drive way "2400 sq.'" with it.
Then 3"s at a time with the high pressure cutter.
Any suggestions for a good concrete sealer, for concrete 18 years old?

Ace is the place with the helpful Hardware folks! Good Luck

When I lived in Pa I did the same as you then used Thomson's Water Seal and a heavy nap roller to even it out. Held up for several years.Looked good too.

Make sure you seal the cracks with elastomeric calk so water doesn't get under the slabs
and do the freeze-thaw Watusi!

I would not use a sealer, however, I would use a densifyer to preserve the concrete and than use LS/CS which is a lithium silicate....Look it up on the Prosoco website. Easy to apply. Makes your concrete extremely durable, prevents spalling, easy to maintain. It is what all the big box stores use with lots of traffic and machinery. It's worth it. Remember, once you seal your concrete, you cover the pores and will not be able to densify. Densifying is the key! I purchase my products through Don Jon.

Product says for FRESHLY PLACED CONCRETE, this is 18 years old.
Thank you though.

APPLICATION
Surface Preparation…Existing (Old) Concrete: Concrete surface must be clean and dry with all stains, oil, grease, dust, and dirt removed prior to application. We recommend ULTRITE DEGREASER® from W. R. MEADOWS for cleaning.
