Hello!
New guy here, but have had a number of Mopars. Anyone have a pic of what the carb linkage should look like for my J-code '76 360/4BBL carb is supposed to look like? I'm waiting for a manual to show up, but would like to get going fixing the issue. Currently has an Edelbrock 4160 on it, but linkage looks incorrect and she's not starting. See photo for non-factory setup which is definitely a little sketch. Car cranks, fuel is getting there, won't start. However, it has been sitting for 2-3 years, so maybe I just need to rebuild it.
But, if anyone has a shot of a Charger/Cordoba/Magnum engine bay with the factory carb setup, I'd love to see it. Thanks!

Your pix shows where the EGR valve should be mounted. To me, it looks as if it was removed to gain clearance for the csble throttle and transmission's downshift/governor pressure linkage. What was the original carb? Likely it was a Carter Thermoquad if a 4bbl or a Holley or Carter 2bbl. The EGRs open manifold ports are why the engine won't start. Just talking out loud......
