Good luck with that... it doesn't work and the act of moving the money creates criminal intent. Plenty of case law where the account holder that got the accidental deposit get hammered. It's not finders keepers.

Yeah try the **** when the Gov't "accidentally" gives you money.. they will get it back come hell or high water. She should have been more gracious and maybe they would have rewarded her to some degree. Hell, I would have printed off a bank statement just to show I was a "millionaire" and framed it.

Nothing gracious about this FUGLY sow....

Based on the picture, it would not surprise me to see her do a " go fund me" site and watch the sheeple send her money... BAAAAAH

Hair-Do racism. Self expression. Culture ****. That looks like hell.

Years ago a friends sister had a bank deposit 250 large into her account after she made a $2,500.00 transfer.
Her dopey *** friends told her there was a "statue" of limitations of 6 months or some other ludicrously short amount of time.
None of these friends were legally or economically trained so where they got their info ....... who knows? I told them they were crazy mis-informed, that the bank would be in touch shortly. Anyway, when their perceived "statue" has passed they talked her into sharing some of the funds, to the tune of about 75 grand!

Eventually, sure as the sunrise, the bankers found their mistake. They reached in and took back what was left in the account and came a-callin' for the balance of the money that had been withdrawn. With no way to pay she was offered a loan (which she couldn't get approved for) or jail time.
Her mother, in her 70"s, took out a mortgage on her house which she had finally paid in full to keep her daughter from going to the pokey.
What a sad day that was, a damn shame. I would have let her "entertain" her "friends" on visiting day.
