I left my first wife after 5 years for someone that I knew for many years prior but after 30+ years #2 left me. Little bit hard to re-do in your mid/late 60's. Don't want to move (don't want to deal with all the 'stuff') so I'm thinking of doing that dreaded reverse mortgage mess.....at least maybe there won't be any fighting over who gets what when I'm gone.
Let them pay you to live there and dispose of the stuff after you are gone. Sounds like a plan.

Tried to get at least one roommate to move in and she was talking about it but that fell through.....plus I'm kinda liking having the place to myself these days.Let them pay you to live there and dispose of the stuff after you are gone. Sounds like a plan.

Plain and simple hoarding, but to each his own if that make the owner happy, and not bothering, dispute or disturbing anyone, fine, in the end is his stuff.

When someone keeps on buying "new" junk and NEVER gets anything done are the ones with a sickness... I have a friend from High School who bought a basket case 54 corvette his senior year.... We are in our mid sixties and it still is not done...

I'm busy WAY too much working on other people's cars. Was just looking at my 66 and thinking about doing at least something to it before the week is up. Got to finish putting my taxes together (Texas got postponed until June) first and clean up my pig stye shop....at least that Dana 60 from hell is gone now and hope it stays gone lol
Wasn't exactly what I was thinking, but that's a plan too.
