Hello everyone from Northern California; 69 Super Bee 383

It's pulling that dent between bumper and tail light that won't be easy, ask how I know... Our Father's must have gone to the same driving school....... :D

Haha, they must have. I always imagined that would be the biggest challenge. If anyone knows a good shop in Northern CA that can get the job done, I’m all ears.

Thanks. They are a lot cheaper than an estimate I was given a few years back to fix mine. Have you used AMD? Want to know about quality and appearance if you have.
I have both front and rear AMD bumpers on my Duster and am happy with them. There are quite a few guys on here using them on B-bodies with no complaints. If you do a search, you will find discussions about bumpers.

There is a shop just south of you that's doing the metal repair and body work on my 71 road runner. The shop is located just off Leisure town road. He recently restored a 69 road runner for his father in law. Ryan's Kustoms Body & Paint. Please PM for more info.

Thanks, that’s right down the road. I’ll have to swing by to have him take a look at it.

Yes, this car is definitely a heirloom. Funny story though, it is stolen rather than passed down. The story goes that my father stole the car from my grandfather one night to steal my mother away to elope. When he tried returning the keys to my grandfather a few days later, my grandfather told him to keep them, that a married man needs a car. So naturally, after it did nothing but collect dust in my father’s garage for years, I decided to keep the tradition. My father laughed when he found I took it. He said “alright, it’s your turn.”
