You would go down for dangerous driving causing an accident here. Our laws are pretty weak, you would get a decent fine and loss of license. There is no suing in this country so the people in the van would just have to lump it if they were injured. Pretty crap really. Oh yes and of course insurance would not pay out on either vehicle because of his stupidity so that would hurt a bit.

These new cars are dangerous.
