I'm finishing up the rear axle on wifey's 65 Belvedere wagon. Problem is I can't find emergency brake info for it. Only the hardtops. I was able to save the 2 that go into the hubs. Now as I'm doing the driveshaft I see the long connecting cable that "Y"s out from the end of the pedal cable is frayed. It's 110" long. Does anyone have a measurement from their cable? If it matches the hardtop/sedan then I can just get one of those. Thanks again.

Timmayy,
Your car is a 4 cable Emergency Brake Cable Car...
The forward cable is: 55" with a 46 3/4" conduit.
The intermediate / equalizer cable is: 110 1/4".
The two (2) rear cables are: 29" with a 21 1/2" conduit

I have all of them Brand New N.O.S. if you are interested... P.M. me , as per forum rules, Craig......

Why not just go brand new once.... With all four (4).....And you are safe and sound....
No Emergency.... For Life....

When the brake lines on my Dakota blew out on the highway with a load of furniture in the back, that parking brake turned into an emergency brake really quick.
