I have a 1971 roadrunner. Is there any way of finding out how many exactly where made will all my options?

Welcome from North Florida.
1st. is a picture of the car.
2nd. is a picture of the fender tag and somebody here can probably help you or google 71 RR fender tag decoder and you can decode the options on the car.
3rd. as far as how many made with your options ? Maybe someone here may be able to direct you to where you can find out that info.

No. That information is not available. Model, engine, and transmission is all you may find. Sometimes there will be a percentage of colors produced but that is often a guess.
