Help with identifying fender bolts

I’m putting my front and back together in bagged all the bolts for the front fenders. I forget what the longer bolts go to. Can someone please help? I think there are maybe four of these longer ones.
 
nut on threaded stud top back end off fender next to cowl.
 
Fairly long stud.. I'd say that's a lower fender to rocker stud/nut. The large washer/small dia screw is for your splash shield.
