Im gonna have to change the rear valance on my 69 charger ( the valence where the reverse lights are) It looks like thats welded in is it ?

Yes. Rear bumper removal is one of the important steps. But the original metal fits best, maybe better to patch it.

mines pretty beat up I've tried to order from AMD floor boards but there out of stock and the guy said like a 6 month wait i can't wait 6 months for a panel even this rear valance is out of stock
