Let's do a quick nationwide search for my favorite little pew pew ammo for all the semi-autos around
the house - 9mm Federal HST, both 124gr for the little ones and 147gr for the full-sized ones...
just to see what the market is doing.
Last I looked a month ago, anything HST was well over $1.50/round - caveat is I don't buy huge volumes
(can't afford it) but rather a couple hundred rounds at a time.

Ok, looks like 124gr HST can be had in 100 round boxes for $1.09/rd and 147gr can be gotten at $1.24/round.
Does that mean things are easing up some?

No. That's nuts. I load 147s so I can shoot suppressed. Making them for about 27 cents a round, jhp bullets.

For the love of god please do t buy wolf ammo that is the cheapest ammo ever

Haven't Said anything so far because I think it's pretty funny, I have thousands upon thousands of everything that I need maybe 10 years ago or so, plus I reload my own and have tons of powder bullets, brass, primers everything.
you guys crack me up. Good luck!

Well good for you. I could have thousands of rounds to, but we actually use it. Not just store it so we can brag about how much we have. That’s what I find funny.

It's to rub it into the face of those that didn't stock up when it was cheap & plentiful, and now complaining that they can't find it and it's to expensive now!!
You planned to fail because you failed to plan!

When you use a couple pallets of ammo a year it’s kinda difficult to stock up for 10 years worth. Also when you get a lot of ammo from other groups that aren’t able to supply it this year, then I have to make up the shortage myself. And my “low on ammo” pile is probably more than most peoples stockpile.

It ain't "nuts" for HST, at least not since the rush started. HST is a high-demand round since a lot
of LE uses it.
Now, is it still "nuts" compared to what it was a year ago? Yep.

That may be true, I don't have pallets of ammo, but enough, I just regularly bought at a steady pace for years, not trying to act big or anything, you may have misunderstood, it's just that I don't need anything becouse I have enough, btw I dont burn thousands of rounds a month, I dont need that kind of practice, I have other things that I do also.

Pardon me, but who are you addressing here?

Let's face it, Ammo is a commodity, just like any other precious metal. Buy cheap & stack it deep. Anybody want ammo? I'll sell ya fiddy rounds for fiddy bucks is where we're at right now!! That's what free enterprise is all about!
