I don't see what use they have except for looking cool or having a clear top so people can amused themselves and others :D ....and I'm sure not cheap.
 
The owner did say he would do clear tops, but recommended them as a show only item. As for pricing, I don't know the pricing. He should have some idea. Please leave him a message at his website under the contact button.
 
Can see a use for setting lifters that are adjusted with the motor running, but beyond that, just another place to seep. Any photos of actual covers?
