I know it's my decision, just interested in the opinions of my colleagues in this forum. What do you think looks better, hideaway headlights or no hideaway headlights. Your opinions are always appreciated.

I think the hideaways look cool. As long as the issues are limited.

Always loved the hideaways more.

I own a 72 with hideaway's...I like the other better. At one point in 90s I almost traded a guy grills. Not sure what stopped me tho.

On the 71-74 Chargers, I don't like the hidden headlights. 68-69 Chargers definitely hideaways. 70 can go either way. I'm glad this is just personal opinions.

I like the blue car better, the hide a ways flatten out the front of the car too much for me. I do not like the later grill though, I think it’s the 73/74.

I like all hideaways on anything. Old Charger, GTO, Cougar, Rivera, LTD, Marquis, New Yorker, RS Camaro, Imperial, T Bird, Mercury Cyclone, Torino, Superbird, Sporty Fury etc...

I like the hideaways unless it has a Ramcharger then I like the simple look so it's more aggressive.

71-72 non hideaway are good looking grille but I prefer hideaway's but in a pinch 71-72 will do

I like the std 71 grille the better than hideaways.
In 72 I prefer the hideaways over the standard grille.

Between 71 and 72 hideaways, I preffer 71 hideaways.

Between 71 and 72 grilles, I preffer 71 grilles.

But between hideaways and grilles. I'm still not sure. I think depend on the rest of the car look.

But if going hideaways, would try to get 71. Way cleaner look

Except if the car is 72, which in that case would go for the correct 72 setup... and is easier to find ( more cars with it on that year )
