Swap meet gold

Yes is a 68, all 2nd gen b bodies can be saved, you can find all the body parts needed but in this case I can't see a good bones car, the small parts are gonna cost you a small fortune not to mention the lack of big parts, such a suspension that's at least a good project must have. IMHO

I stripped like 50 Chargers back in the day,I got a whole loft full of parts! I could easily build ten of them from good bones shells! Which is good, because I have that many to do!

Thank you, you confirm what I said, a good bones shell, and you know what you have in parts and is not cheap at all, today is a small fortune, for an example i was surprised to see the price of a dana 60 for a b body, is in the range of the 2.5 to 3 k and that's just the differential, the dash frame, just about,, and so on and so forth, yes it can be done, but is getting so expensive for the average Joe, now, to own a 68 charger is the dream of not some but a lot of guys, lucky you you have so many chargers, I read a post from you about how many you have including the convertible, I feel lucky about me because I found a decent and complete 68 coronet, but I spend at least 10 times in parts of what the car cost me, the hobby is getting expensive by the day.

A second gen Charger, at a swap meet, in Texas, that is gold! Yes very humid there today. I found a few things I needed, thinking about going back tomorrow. Saturday is the OOH, AAH bunch. OOH grandpaw had one just like that, but it was a different color, and four door, and different engine etc. AAH, remember the time when...all the while I'm trying to look at something next to them.

I would have more trouble finding all the pieces in the loft, than having to go buy them!
