e car!

I think it's built to show off, not for sale. The Car and Driver review noted that it's good for about 45 minutes between charges when you're having fun. And it's still an SUV.

No Thanks
not even the race-suv-car/it's till a SUV version

if it's newer ****
I'll take a TRX, Hellcat or Red Eye, 50th Anniv. Daytona
or Scat Pack, 1320 versions too
or even better yet a Drag Pack, if it a dedicated racecar

before any Ford, let alone Mustang

Maybe if it was a MoPar bodied Durango,
or a Jeep Gladiator it's be more appealing
to me
But;
I'd probably still buy a dinosaur/fossil fuel burner
some cast-off from a SEMA build with a Hemi
I haven't liked the Mustangs for almost 8 years now (2010-2014 versions)
can't get over the fugly-*** face on them, 1st off
I can't fit for **** or see for **** in them either, 2nd off
I don't like the bastardized Mustang badged SUV version at all

I'm going out kicking & screaming
& I'm not complying with the EV BS

I always get confused when someone says that they like MoPars, but then refer to the current issue Chargers and Challengers. Apparently they somehow think Fiats or the Daimler Nazi cars before them are MoPars... :D

As for the Mach-E, well to me that just plain sucks...and on so many levels...

Still a mustang tho, so there’s that!

If you are referencing what I said. I do like mopars. I owned a 1970 GTX, and I own a 67 plymouth belvedere.

How about the bitchin brute look that has survived since 1970. The stang looks like hell.

Agree. I own a '06 Magnum SRT8, because I love wagons (have 3). It's a cool car, but I still refer to it as "that piece of **** German car" anytime I have to work on anything but the engine.

Why would you call it German? It has an American designed engine, on the LX platform which Chrysler developed from the LH platform, which came from American Motors who got it from Renault. So...it's really French. :) Yes, I know there was some Mercedes suspension geometry designed into it, but that's about it.

Add E Class underpinnings and Getrag. 05-06 Benz era had better paint than the LLC that followed. Still German though...

Whether you get confused at the thought or not, fact is the modern-day Chargers, Challengers, Rams, etc. were/are
designed and built by the Dodge division of Chrysler, well before any of it was acquired by whatever that mess is over in
Europe.
Anyone with any working knowledge of modern cars can differentiate between a vehicle assembled in Brampton CA and those spindly little things running around France, etc.
World of difference, regardless of foolish insults.

I know about the E Class, I had already mentioned the Mercedes suspension. It was only a copy; the Germans gave us steel versions of their aluminum parts, attached to the American engineered chassis.

A) Largely tongue in cheek. Hence the grinning smiley face...which you apparently missed...
B) Lemme guess, you think the AMF years were "the good years" at Harley-Davidson... :poke:
