Need some help.

Replaced battery and ignition switch and tightened some loose connections and starting issue seemed fixed. Took out for cruise in the morning and ran strong. Visited my friend same afternoon and gremlins were back. We are ready pull out of neighborhood and RT stalls when turn signal turned on. When any accessory is turned on the engine stalls out.

Back to the garage and battery tests low 12.2. I put trickle charger on and next day reads 13.2. Try starting and nothing. All electrical accessories are now dead. Checked fuse box in glove box and good. All the grounds check good in engine bay. I checked the alternator output and reads only 9.8 with key in off position.

I also noticed my rally dash clock works only when door is closed. Put key in start or accessory position and clock stops. Called it day and hope someone can reply with suggestions.

I would start by checking all grounds, sounds like that could be where your problem lies.

^^^^^^^^

Ground strap from rear of passenger cylinder head to firewall???

Battery ground cable to front drivers side of the intake good, and clean?

That was quick thank you, battery ground is good. I think missed checking the ground strap, will double check and report back.

What does your bulkhead connector look like? Good tight connections, no corrosion?

For me it’s ALWAYS the Bulkhead Connector.
