Last night Sick Customs, a Phoenix area rod shop had a rat rod stolen

Here’s their Instagram post

I need everyone’s help!! We had a Ratrod stolen and I need everyone to share and get the word out to help find these thief’s. A cash reward to anyone that leads me to the car or people. It’s chopped 47 dodge that was stolen. The thief’s are in a silver Jeep Cherokee with a car trailer with winch. If anyone recognizes these guys or the Jeep and trailer please DM me. #ratrod #azratrods #rebelrodz #stolencar @rat_rod_addiction @rat_rod_

If you hear or see anything give them a shout.

Thanks

that sucks

I hope he/they can find it

unfortunately probably on it's way to Mexico

This should be posted on the Jalopy Journal (HAMB) as well. They have a huge following.

As a thought to those looking to be proactive, I started using a company called GPS and Track at my shop. They have a battery powered tracker with no monthly fee good for two years. You have some cool features, one being it sends a heartbeat signal then shuts off every day. If stolen, you can activate it remotely and get real time tracking data. Around $200 it's not a bad deal. Not affiliated, just a thought.

Yes. The tracker I use is for loss prevention. I use them when a customer takes a bike for a test ride. I have the model info at the shop. I started offering them to customers last month, sold two so far, motorcycle and scooter theft is huge in Austin right now.
