I have a brand new never installed switch listed for 1964-69 cars without tilt. Just bought it from Slantsixdan, but ended up finding a couple of nos switches to use instead. $90 shipped in the US if using friends and family. Here is a description of the switch from Dan.

Be aware the metal turn signal switch hold-down plate/rings are inconsistent on '68-'69 models; some of them interfere very slightly with the new signal switch body. Just hit the hold-down with a small Dremel bit or a file; it'll take you about 4 minutes, max, to remove the slight corner/edge that hits—if it hits, which it just as easily might not.

The new switch does not have the "lane changer" feature that lets you hold the lever partway toward the left or right signal position to blink a few times until you let go of it; it has the conventional 3-position left-off-right configuration.
