These plastic inserts are used to fasten the speaker grille to the dash pad. Who makes them? I can't for the life of me find any or I am not calling them the right thing.

I bet same 71/74 front grill fasteners could be used. I know have seen those available on diff heights, but can't recall where

I just checked my 74 brackets, not as tall but would work with a spacer.

If you have a good size auto supply shop nearby that carries the Auveco line, take your sample to the store and see if they can match up a sample. If it was a bit too long, you could cut it down to the correct height. All of the auto manufacturers used these fasteners through the years. Might also check your auto parts store in the "Help / Dorman Section" to find a sample that will work with minimum effort.

If all else fails, someone good with 3D printing could generate a couple with minimum effort.

Look like they may the same or similar to the ones that hold the bumper grille on on 73/4.

The grille ones are shorter. I will see if I can source some locally.
