Biggest white shark in the world

We're going to need a bigger boat!!!

We've got plenty of them here in Cape Cod MA. I wore my Jaws shirt the last time we went to the beach there.

Those divers sure look like some of the subjects Charles Darwin used to write about.

Dont think that you live somewhere colder that they are not out there!!!

They’ve been spotted of the coast of WA state. I wouldn’t be surprised seeing them in the Puget Sound.

Great white sharks are found in most waters of the world, including the waters of coastal British Columbia. They are warm-blooded animals capable of living in water temperatures ranging between 12°C and 24°C. This allows them to regulate their own body temperature and, in turn, adapt to varying water temperatures.

I've been fortunate enough to dive with sharks quite a few times . The photos of the white tip reef sharks were taken several years ago when
we dove the Red Sea.
Never have I ever felt threatened by them . I feel safer with them surrounding me than I did getting stranded in East St Louis at sundown !I'm not trying to sound macho in the least . My wife and I dove with perhaps fifty or so in the Maldives two years back

how do you fit balls that big in a wet suit?

I will never claim to be any kind of expert on sharks .
However here are just a few things i trust less than sharks;
Dinner with Hannibal Lechter
Drinks with Bill Cosby
Being driven home across a bridge in a car driven by Ted Kennedy
Trusting that Nancy Pelosi has my best interest at heart

I remember going offshore fishing on my Dads 34 Hatteras and we had a Great White follow us for over an hour behind the boat... It's a creepy feeling for sure.

You wonder what something that big eats when it's really hungry!
seals, sea lions, pinnipeds mostly,

fish

albatross fledglings (or is that Tiger sharks ?)

the occasional dead floating whale carcasses
(I saw that once, off the Farallon Islands going Deep Sea fishing,
rockfish/cod/snapper or Salmon Fishing out of SF Bay on the 'Eddybob'
it was freaken' amazing to watch)

or seal decoys they tow behind boats
(usually too small of a boat IMO)
to document/photo/film breaching/hunting activities

all that damn chum & bait
they use off the research boats

or the occasional surfboards/surfers, they like to take bites out of

the real apex predator of the sea is Orca/Killer Whales
they will kill & even eat Great Whites if they can, they love the huge livers
(& fava beans :D Hannibal Lechtor reference)

I saw it on Science or Discovery channel
happened outside of Monterey Bay IIRC

Reminds me of many years ago, my wife was towing me behind our boat. I was on a surfboard and suddenly found myself in the middle of several Bull sharks. She stopped the boat and told me to get in the boat. I chastised her for stopping there and told her to keep going. I got out of the water after getting away from where the sharks were. Looking back, I probably should have casually pulled on the rope to get to the boat. I've seen some of those shows with the decoys.
