It was a crazy swap meet.

It was sponsored by Coy wheels and was at Bandimere our local NHRA drag strip. I've been before as a shopper and a seller but this one was nuts. Three aisles with booths on both sides stretching about 3/4 of a mile. It didn't hurt that it was a warm clear day. It hit 80 but in Colorado, the sun can cook your skin quickly due to the elevation. Like every year I got sunburnt even with protection.

I sold more stuff in the first hour than a normally do in a whole meet. Everyone I talked to agreed it was due to the Covid 19 last year.

I guess we lucked out. It's been snowing all day since early morning.

It was a real good swap. I sell there and was probably the best Coy's that I've had in a few years. I sold quite a bit and I scored a B/E 833 with a sb bell housing for 400.00
Where were you at Steve? Did you have Mopar stuff? We probably talked. I was in the east row under the Coors Light billboard. I don't take much Mopar stuff to Coys. Good time to get rid of my GM and Ford crap. Sold a bunch of Vette and Chevy square body stuff.

I went to the Connecticut Street Rod Assoc Spring Meet here in Connecticut. First year at a Stadium. Pretty well attended and well laid out, temperatures 70+. If you wanted chrome Moroso covers (for any vintage make), there were TONS of them for sale. I skipped over the tool and diecasts tables. There were a lot of unlabeled totes and parts with no ID tags or even prices but that didn't bother me too much. A friend of mine had a spot and sold my repro interior panels (cheap, but I wanted them gone) and a Holley 4011 Autolite based carb (also cheap lol) so I made some pocket change. I brought home an LD340 that needs some tlc.

:xscuseless:

sound slike you did well

A guy had a 71 Barracuda titled race car for sale. Wanted 12K. it had a fiberglass hood and fenders. No grill. A little lower rear quarter rust but otherwise was pretty solid. 440/727. I saw it when I first got there and went to get my phone and by the time I got back it was sold.

I was on the east row at the very end. The north end. I was just getting rid of some stuff, no Mopar stuff.
