First off I can't believe she is 37 that's Methed up for sure... Horrible she knew his age and the kid went on to kill a 71 year old man who was out in his Challenger... Crazy times especially with all the Drugs POURING into our Nation unchecked.. Only gonna get worse..

Selling the car to the kid isn't the problem here, I've bought project cars when I was that age too.
(although $80 is ridiculous she is definitely a crackhead.)

The problem is the kid driving the car underage and without a liscence.

Horrible the guy died

My first car was bought when I was 15 and it was in my Dad's name. She knew what she was doing, but didn't care because she wanted to get high!!

I agree, but with the disaster that our border is currently, they are coming in at a record pace. Not to mention, drug use is at an all time high. It's sad that society is so accepting of our youth abusing drugs.
The border is a problem but then again it always has been. Drugs smuggled into this country has always been a constant battle, there is no difference now than in the past fifty plus years, its a endless battle...The meth problem is all throughout this country, its destroying whole communities throughout rural America.
I disagree that society is accepting of our youth addicted to drugs. The fight against young ones getting addicted to drugs must be a national effort, it must be one of our biggest priorities and that costs money, lots of money.
Lets remember that when some of our elected representatives vote down funding

I bought my first 69 charger just after turning 14. Yes it did have the 426 hemi I in it! $800 bucks from a guy who was letting it sit. He sold it to me without going through my parents. The motor was hurt and as it turned out, pretty bad. It would run but not well. It probably would have made it around the block to my house but due to the fact I didn’t have a license and really didn’t want my parents to find out I left it there until I got the nuts to tell my dad! That didn’t go well either! Lol!

I don’t see the sale as a biggest issue, it happens all the time and mostly goes unnoticed because people are responsible! But, I don’t have any heartburn that she got jammed up because selling a car for $80 bucks, we all know it was to buy more meth or other drug of choice at the time. Plus, she did contribute to this mess. The teen should bare the most of the responsibilities though! He’s the one that was driving and killed someone and that is obviously the worst part of the story!

Yes, holy cow, the lady that sold the car could be on the “faces of meth” collages! 37? Looks more like 67!

Maybe Its Chryslers fault for selling cars.......Just like the gun manufactures are at fault for all the shootings going on.......Get real people put the blame where it belongs the stupid kid was driving the car not the meth head or his parents or anyone else.......Holy ****....... read this while you can cause it wont be here long....oh and blame your neighbor for your bad lawn too

Should she have sold the car to a kid? Probably not. It didn't end well. Is it against the law? That I don't know.

Do you not see marijuana legal in almost 20 states? I'd say that's pretty accepting to me.
Yes I do see it and dont agree with legalising it, medical usage aside but the issue of legalising marijuana has been going on for some time now
So now besides dealing with lousy car drivers, drunks behind the wheel, you'll have to beware of drivers smoking pot and driving
Not a good situation for any of us
