Looking for a picture of a mini starter mounted to a 440 using Doug's D452 headers. I'd like to see how close to the starter the pipes are (especially below the starter).

Thanks!

The D452, is that the 2" size? Mine is on the hoist right now. Tomorrow I can get some shots. I'm beat today.

Thanks, clearance between No 3 and 5 pipe to starter is the most important for me. Pictures would be the best (plan on using a different starter). Thx

The larger "mini" starters are very tight if not too tight. I had a jegs high performance that was too tight. They are larger than the Dakota starter but not as big as the factory one. Good luck!

This pic might show what you're looking for.

Here's the difference in length that I found.

Thanks, good picture but I can't judge the distance below the solenoid to the pipes. The starter I want to use has the solenoid at the bottom.

here are some pix of the starter and headers. It tough to see in the pix but there is ample space
Hope this helps
