Just curious what is the Value of a Pair of NOS 67 Coronet 440 Lenses. These have been together in original boxes since 67. Considering putting them on eBay but don’t want to give them away, but might be worth storing away little longer. Thanks

Place a High Reserve on them. See where the bidding goes, and accept the high offer if you're satisfied.

I have seen nice used ones go for $100.00
Problem with NOS parts is once they get mounted they become used parts.
They are only NOS if they stay in the box.
You need 2 or 3 guys fighting for them on ebay , then you know what they are worth.
Good luck with the sale.

slightly educated guess. ( Ive had / sold a few NOS lenses before )

But about $150 for the pair is fair for both sides.

You MIGHT get lucky and find the guy who will pay $200,,,,but odds are that will take a while

Offered him $400...
Not green, he's sharkhuntin. :bs:
I appreciate the replies. I had 5 offers in my inbox this morning, with the highest of $500. I do believe I will list them on eBay with little higher reserve if I decide to sell them. Of course I want to get the most I can.. who wouldn’t

Savages! One of the reasons why these "what's it worth" threads don't last long. All of a sudden they turn into a sale thread and they really aren't. We take the sale and wanted threads and their rules pretty serious around here and posts and threads get deleted because of that. It looks like E bay would be the best bet for maximum profits. The guys here that want them bad can bid on them there.

I’m not “shark hunting” .. and didn’t say they were definitely for sale.. was looking for answers like I sold a pair or one for $..., seen some sell for $..., or $... is least I’d take for them..

I feel like replying, but my mom always said, "If you can't say anything nice, say nothing at all.".

Me being a seller of many a part over the years, I would take the $500 offer if it’s a sure deal, you’re not going to get much more than that, and hopefully they go to a good home on a nice car. That’s what I would do anyway.

Being NOS, guys that have theee pristine car will pay a high buck for the perfection. Some years ago I bought a set of NOS amber parking light lenses for my '63 Plymouth at the Mopar Nats (I think amber was a mandate in Canada). After more thinking, I didn't like the idea of more magnification of the huge lenses on the car and posted them on ebay. I think I paid 50 bucks for them. Well a couple guys wanted them and sold them for $200. Double what I was thinking they'd go for. Obviously more than a fair price considering what I paid and while the temptation is to get more greedy thinking more cash could be had, I figured done...gone. Some are looking for a windfall on their stuff...they end up croaking and the kinfolk sell it off...

If anyone else has a set of these in good shape and has a good seller rating shoot me a PM, I will pay fair value... Thx!

$100 starting bid, $200 buy it now.

If someone actually offered you $500 (can't believe it) take it. Nobody else will pay that much.

"What's it Worth?" threads should be banned forever! People want free appraisals, that is what it amounts to. Research! Put a price on the damn thing! If someone buys it, congrats! If your inbox is empty, you might have it priced too high. Too easy.
