Is it possible to convert a manual steering to power on a 67 charger ?
 
I did on my ‘66 charger. Bought a power steering box online and was never happy with it. I picked up a rack and pinion system and didn’t realize what I was missing.
 
yea you can do it. You will need P/S pump, P/S hoses, P/S gear box, P/S pitman arm and a P/S coupler to. You will need to make the manual steering shaft shorter. Take the coupler off & measure the distance the pin in the shaft is from the end. Then you cut 2.5" off the shaft (just going from my memory, check the distance to be sure), measure for the pin & drill a new hole for it.

I believe you will need the P/S coupler body, Manual couples have different spline sizes then P/S couplers
 
Did it in my ‘64 Sport Fury, much better. All opinions of course, remember the stock setup is the “arms injected with novocaine” power steering. I picked up a good box and correct shorter steering column. Had the pump from an engine I picked up. A bit of work but not too bad, no new pittman arm, I’m pretty sure they are the same. Anyway, easy enough. For me parking and low speed is better and curvy roads are better (3.5:1 instead of 5.5:1) no more hand over hand for a regular road. Can drink my coffee on my way to work.

I'm converting my '67 charger to manual steering.

Don't want the street machine to steer like a boat!
 
I have a 67 Charger with power steering and a 66 Charger that I ended up converting to power steering, both have Borgeson boxes. While the simplicity of the manual was appealing and may be tolerable with skinny OE like tires, 235 60 tires made low speed maneuvering more of a struggle than I wanted.
