Yes, Kijiji is in Canada, it's owned by Ebay. It was in the 'States but got renamed to Ebay Classifieds.

Yes. Kijiji is Canadian. Have used it often to sell things, and no Kijiji does not have limited choices for listing a car. This is dealership that has listed this car and at the very least you get to preview your ad before you post.
