Any body know the Torque for the 16 1/4 inch bolts for the Mopar cross ram for my HEMI? Thanks in advance.

Don't just torque them to spec. once. I slightly over toque them except the two on outside. You might have to retorque 5 or 6 times before gasket compresses and holds full torque. The thicker the gasket the longer it takes. The consequences of loosing bolts you don't want to happen!
They don't mention retorque but do it!!!

Fastenal torque spec for a grade 5, 1/4''20 is 61 to a max of 101 inch pounds.
Grade 8 1/4''20 bolt is 86 to a max of 143 inch pounds.
I would go with the Mopar Performance specs of 48inch and 72inch that is outlined in the above Jegs listing.

Well the retourqueing of the bolts as you call it depends on what you are working on. As in the case of Hard suface as say steel to steel I always go back after I torque to the to the recommended spec and just check that I have it perfect. In the case of my situation with new gaskets that crush the first step is to tighten to 48 inches and then go in squence to 72 inches on all bolts. Then after a time say 1 hour go back and check for lose bolts and recheck the torque to specs. It took four times of doing that before all bolts in sequence properly broke at 72 inches. After I drive the car at operating temp I will then check the bolts after cool down to complete the procedure.

The only other way that I know of is stretching the stud to a certain pressure and then placing the nut at a certain distance set in the engineering spec. But that is a extremly expensive procedure, which I have some experience in.
