Hello,
My name is Phillip Tillery. Yesterday I picked up a 73 charger. Just introducing myself to the community.

Welcome from Alabama, tell us more, it doesn't look like it needs to be on a trailer, but riding down the road.

Me and my dad drove to Amarillo from east Texas to get it. It’s a very solid car, has some rust but nothing to bad. Rear passenger floor pans needs replacing, top passenger door hinge has some rust on it. Has a couple of rust spots above passenger side door. I’ll cut and weld all that up myself. Plan on putting a 440 in it at some point. I think it has a 318 in it with aftermarket cam, intake and carb but I need to crawl underneath it and check the block numbers to check. The people I bought it from had no idea what motor was in it.

Welcome aboard from NJ. Car is nice. I have a 3rd gen Plymouth myself. Best of luck with it!

Welcome from Connecticut! Looks like a nice ‘73 to work with.

Welcome from a fellow 3rd gen owner!

Welcome from Missouri!! Great car!!

Welcome, I like the hidden head lights. If the distributer is in the front it's a big block, if it's in the back you've got a small block.

Looks like you also got a thousand dollars worth of 72 hideaway headlights in the deal.

I did, which made the find that much more sweet. The way they had the car parked I couldn’t see the front end in the pictures they sent. It was in their garage all the way up against the wall and had a bunch of crap jammed behind it. When we got there and rolled it out and I saw the hideaway lights I was really happy.

I wish the factory had continued those in 73/74.

It just looks right.
