Any recommendations on where to get restoration quality alternator and power steering belts for my Roadrunner?

Unless the car will only see very limited use as being trailered and no high RPM jabs at the throttle, the only belts available are the Quanta ones. They have a reputation to being easily thrown from the pulleys with minimum efforts.

By 1970, most of the belts had the part numbers ink stamped onto them. If your planning on driving the car, I would search out a good set of original Mopar over the counter belts. They will be a bit pricey, but better than the current reproductions.

Otherwise, most guys are now having problems finding belts that are not the cog style. Possibly you can find an older replacement style from Gates.
