i started through this thread to look at the GTX option for knowledge. Then I see this. Just like a car I rode around in high school with my buddy. Not sure what he ever did with it, but, it was in Alberta! Claresholm to be exact. Ahhh the mammarys!

oh and your pic looks like 3rd Ave in Street Wheelers.
Good eye! that picture is from Lethbridge 2017. It could very well be the same car that you rode in many years ago. When i bought it back in 2015, it had been sitting in a guys garage for about 8 years. I was told it was always an Alberta car.

This is my current 74 with the gtx package.

My '71. Sold it in '80.

Im not to familiar with that year. All ways like to learn. What makes it the gtx package ?
. I’m not the most knowledgeable here but the gtx package is basically the e86 option that has the 440 and a few heavier duty items. Of course you get the little badges

Owned a pair in the mid to late 70s.
The blue 71 x was a v code track pack 4 speed car.
The yellow 71 RR was a 340 AT.
Like others , both were sold before 1980.
These were everyday drivers, 2 kids climbing around the grocery sacks lol.

Starting in 72 and lasting till 74, if you optioned a 440 in a Roadrunner it became a RR/GTX.

Not very well documented until a few years ago.

1973 RR/GTX. I haven't let mine get away so far. 2nd owner, bought in 1976 at Las Vegas Dodge while I was in college. Made a couple of mods over the 45 years of ownership. But still looks completely stock with the hood down. Power Steering, Power Brakes, Air conditioning and the 1968 Hemi.
