Haha... according to Mark Worman but i disagree. I know he's probably joking, at least he better be! I love the look of my 67 R/T.

Fast forward to 32:55.

Love the cars he does and shows, but he’s just an *** that’s full of himself

Them there's fightin' words!

Worman certainly acts like a ********. Dunno if I'd take my '66 Coronet to him or not. He appears to.lack knowledge on the '66-'67 cars.

67's are great, I especially love the classy 67 GTX! Guys that only like 69 Chargers and 71 Barracudas just make me feel like driving a 62 Plymouth or a 72 Charger, brings out the rebel in me. 71 Barracudas are just a pimped up 68 Camaro especially when you look at the side view.

It sounded more like he was teasing Royal as opposed to insulting the car.

I not a huge fan of Worman's antics (Markisms)
but I agree with K-dog on that one

Yeah, i kind of figured he's just poking fun at Royal. He could make it up to me by doing an episode on a 66/67 Hemi Coronet.

Thats a place where Rich folks go.

It was a major :poke::poke: on his buddy Royal's car, listen to it again. Haven't you ever dissed on a friend in a fun way?

Royal is a easy going guy. That remark whether about Royals car or not automatically bans him from my place. If you really don't like something doesn't make it a crap box. I wouldn't down anyone's ride. I may not care for it and you can say that and not offend me, but he couldn't be around me for long before he was at a minimum asked to leave or at the most slapped the **** out of.

Whether it's part of the script or not, I can't stomach watching this guy, who always has a smart *** remark and can NEVER say anything nice about ANYTHING.

I really hope he isn't like that in real life.

That is how a LOT of guys act with each other. School sports, construction crews, social clubs.....many times, we bond by joking and insulting each other. You've heard of those "Your Momma" jokes, right? The banter is not meant to be hurtful.

If someone said that the 68-70 Charger is a crapbox, I'd just think that they are joking or stupid. I'm confident in my opinion of my car!

Think the green Coronet if it's a Hemi came from a NeHOA member. Otis Chandler cleaned out a bunch of Hemi convertibles from members. At the I and a few others thought were crazy prices.

Love the 66/67 body style - have one of each. To me the seating/column/steering wheel relationship just seems better and more natural/comfortable to me than do the 68 and later cars. I really don't know why that would be as under the skin they are pretty much the same vehicle but the steering wheel seems higher in later models. But they are not as muscular looking in most cases and not as popular/valued as later models. Worman should probably be "tranqed" before filming most of his shows.

Edit: Probably shouldn’t have made this reply earlier as someone will take it as dissing 68 and later cars which wasn’t my intent and would just reinforce Worman’s behavior. I would love to own a 68 or 9 Charger R/T or 70 GTX. But I’ll stand by the comment on tranqing Worman.

The 70 Coronet convertible was also from a Canadian NeHOA member. The car was rescued from a junkyard.

I like my 1967 R/T because they are not seen that often at car shows. I bought a new Superbee in 1969, and really liked it. Years later, when I wanted to get a Musclecar again, I decided on a 1967 R/T, because they were not very common. I noticed at car shows, there were always many of the rounder styled 1968-1970 styled B-bodies, but not so much the more angular 1966-1967's. I think the GTX has slightly cleaner lines, and nicer interior trim, but I have always had Dodges.
I am not a fan of Worman or his show. I keep waiting for his head to explode.
