So im about to install my EFI and need to install a water temp sensor and i already have one for my Dakota Digital, so i need to know what size/thread the "plug" in the green cirkle so i can use that hole. The sensor for the EFI is and 3/8 NPT

Don't know off hand. Pop that plug out and take it to home Depot along with the sensor to find the bushing you need to adapt it.

I have the 440 source water pump housing and used the American Autowire kit. It comes with the sensor (1/4" NPT) and 2 bushings; 3/8" and 1/2". I used the small bushing, so 3/8" worked for me.

can’t tell from the pic but it’s 3/8” or 1/2” NPT
I have an original mopar performance aluminum one and that port is 1/2” npt

The proper reducer bushing is called a face bushing 1/2" to 3/8" NPT. Exposes more of the element to coolant than a regular reducer bushing.

Excellent recommendation.....the only problem with a face bushing is IMO.....removing it at a later date without destroying it. But my preference is a regular brass hex head reducing bushing....just easier to remove it.
