I widened our driveway 14.5 inches for about 10 ft then it got progressively wider to the end of about 6 ft. I dug down 7 inches and the footing at the bottom was 18 inches deep. I used 3/8x10ft rebar, drilling’s into the existing driveway and epoxied the rebar in. Ran out of metal wire ties so I welded the rest of the rebar together. It took 2 yards and 3 hours as I miscalculated so the wife took the truck and got another yard. My dad helped me the entire time and my kids did what they could.

Not sure my X could have handled a 1 yard concrete trailer!! Those things ain't light. The first time I hauled one it was with a 74 D100 with a /6 and 3 speed stick. Then I backed it off of the end of the driveway in into the part I had dug out. Probably should have unloaded it right there but instead I pulled it up and out of it and messed up the rear case bearing in the trans. My next truck was a 3/4 ton lol
And haven't made any plans for doing anything this weekend.....already messed up too many things :D....

I put my intake manifold on and oil pump drive gear ,besides freezing and watching it rain feels like November was 90 the other day

That u-cart is said to weight 7000lbs according to the place I got it from. Had the wife lock out 5/6 gears as I have the 68rfe. Handled that trailer like a red headed step child.

WTF its 49 outside and raining
I was going to take a motorcycle ride tomorrow but that ain't happening
Mason dixon dragway canceled today. Im not sure about tomorrow

I’m going to strip parts off my 361 and make them ready to install on my 383.

Beautiful hot, sunny day here in the Arctic. Hired a kid to do yard work for $30 per hour, waiting for him to show. Wife is on call so she’s worked a pile of random hours at the hospital. Daughters fiancé is cleaning his stuff out of my basement. Me, I’m overseeing everything. Someone has to be in charge...

It's 40 degrees and drizzly miserable here.
Replaced front and rear pads n rotors on wife's truck, then fooled with the TPS system on mine.
Then held down the couch this afternoon so it doesn't get away from me. I had help, they are always willing for couch duty.

Worked a job today.
Tomorrow I wanted to take the 69 down to a local cruise in but the weather is awful, barbecue at my sons house later on
Monday walking down the street to watch the parade at noon

Putting down 1,200 sq. ft. of LVP flooring in my house. Well, that's my goal. Since this is my first LVP rodeo, I doubt I'll reach the goal.

doing what ever i can............... to stay away from my polish tornado
might even visit a gun store with boy1

painted outside all week 92 plus degrees in SC so I dont want to do anything but relax and take the Bee for a ride.

Nice job doweling your new pour. Most people don't know to do that and the smaller sections always break.
As far as what I'm doing...yardwork early, then got my ears lowered, cleaned the pool and ran a few errands in the '68 to get the final supplies for the bbq tomorrow.

Making our trips to the cemeteries for family and friends now gone.
We decorate the graves each year.
Kids and grandkids and us.
Then we bbq.
Finished up my mowing this eve.
Prob wash the 67 tomarrow and take a cruise.

Helped a friend who painted my car put a floor in one of them... Took awhile to remove and install. Remembering it wasn't fun as it was multiple pieces/layers and I remember we had to keep some of the top pieces that were welded in to re-use..

this one was on hold for a while.......... but yeah, I've been all over it
