We have a bald eagle pair living on our property, along with several red-tail hawks. It's rare to see the eagles, though. Even when I do, I never have a camera handy.

Watched a Falcon this morning pick off a **** hawk front of the house,, last year. A osprey dropped a fish in front of our house on the street ,swoop down , grab and go.
Some cool sightings.

They are just having a little chat. Great picture.

Very cool! There are a pair that have a nest at a state park just down the road from my house. Every time I am there I hope to see one of them but it hasn’t happened yet.

Sorry, cant find either of those on my "BIRD" chart;

That's cool as hell, such a majestic symbol of strength! 440'

Little bird is standing it's ground against a fierce predator.

Wonder how that worked out.

Sometimes it's the size of the fight in the bird, if you will.

very cool

love the Bald Eagle

amazing how them lil' birds pester them
& not get killed

Great pic! The little bird looks like a Magpie. Heckle or Jeckyl, perhaps?

never saw any Eagles here when I was a kid, but they have made a big comeback. Now I see them quite often...... these 2 are right up the street and always in the same tree overlooking a farm field.

and I saw this youngster earlier today, looks like the same tree, but about a mile away......the seem to like the dead trees

I lived in Northern Idaho in my early years. Bald Eagles always in the neighbours field snacking on Dead road kill . No idea who put those there. But the Eagles were cool to watch.

I can guarantee you the Magpie has been pestering the eagle. I see it all the time, smaller more agile birds drive off larger predator birds.
