No Longer Need to Use Bullets to Stop Uncooperative Suspects/Criminals

I wonder how it works on a running target & how close do you have to be for it to be effective?

Half the jackasses breaking the law already have there pants at the knees.

That will work well for those not having their pants below their butt cheeks.

Right . . . That's a bunch of Bola . . .

Lol

they showed a guy sort of running
he tripped & fell when it went around his legs

The range I have no idea
I'd assume close quarters, maybe 20-25 yards max

looks to be 2 weighted ends, string/rope/cord in between

some real RR & Wiley Coyote stuff
I like it not over a gun or to replace the gun
but added to the arsenal, why not

I wanna see how that works on a perp running through alleys and jumping fences. Criminals are not just going to stand still or walk away slowly. It's just another gimmick to get our brave men and women in law enforcement hurt, or worse, killed. I support the 9mm method on a violent and/or armed criminal.

.40 cal or 5.56 NATO have better stopping power. Only problem is it kills them too fast!

I wonder if they missed the chest area and got the neck area, how would that play out?

German Shepherds and Malinois. They love the chase and the tugging.

It's second hand, but from a reliable LEO source, Northern Regional PD, officially known as Northern York County Regional Police Department, NYCRPD, (that outfit, it was said, would arrest their Mothers), used one and it failed. The barbs (on the ends of the ropes) did not grip the Purp. a female. Maybe they need bigger barbs/hooks.
And I have to go though NRPD territory to get to Carlisle.:praying: And not just once.
EDIT: And each .380 Blank cost approximately $30.00 each.
