Went to close the door, and it's stuck here. Feels like the rods are still hooked up. I have had to raise the door a tad lately to close it. How do I get it open? Gently kick from inside?

I would try lifting and bump into it see if you can get it closed all the way.

Lower hinge is worn.
Open the door and pick up from the outside edge and it will clunk up a bit I'm guessing

In that picture looks like old age sag has set in on the door. You may be able to shim the lower hinge to correct the sag. You may also want to try to adjust the door latch striker on the vertical door post. Look for signs of wear on the upper surface as it may be dragging on that upper surface when closed. Loosen the 2 large phillips screws screws, the striker casting does have some adjustment range designed in.

Now is a good time to lube your door latches and hinges. And if you have some extra time remove the door panel and lube it from the inside. Also do the window regulator.

There will always be wear on the upper surface of the striker. There is a nylon block on the door latch that rides there. You have to look up from underneath to see or. It is spring loaded. Lube the rod that the block slides on.
