Those are new, I need an original one that has the female terminals with pig tails to hook my harness wires to. Just like in the pictures. Thank you.

Actually you will not find what you are looking for as they do not exist. The pins are a part of each wire that is in the bulk head connector so you will have to take out the entire harness if you only want the connector by its self. There are tools out there that make the repairing and removal/replacement of the wires as I have re-built many a bulkhead connector with harnesses. If you want you can send them out to do it or do it yourself as I am not doing it anymore. Just remember that those pins are attached to the wires only and never had what you call 'pig tails." By the way...You do have a FSM and a color wiring diagram do you not??? If not then get them as they will help greatly...cr8crshr/Bill:usflag::usflag::usflag:

Why can't I cut the wires going into the bulkhead, And splice them to my dash harness wires?

As said in post#5 you can't buy a new bulkhead connector with pigtails. If your bulkhead connector is NG for some reason and wires are OK you can remove wires with connectors. With a thin .010 or so strip of metal go under the bottom of terminal connectors and slide metal strip in to release terminal from bulkhead. There is a small locking tab on bottom. I'd clean the terminal ends before installing in bulkhead.
If you buy a used bulkhead with wires (hope they have all the wires you need) your still have used stuff with the condition is unknown. If you bought the bulkhead with connectors that were on ebay . Then you could cut your wires one at a time and put new terminal end on each one and plug them back in. How you attach terminal to wire is your choice crimp or solder. You really don't explain why your doing it ? You probably remove front seat, it's only 4 bolts to make it easier to work under there.

I've got the bulkhead out, and hanging down enough to make the splices. I saw what I needed on ebay but it was sold. I'm hoping there's someone out there who will sell the same setup.

You can do whatever you want when it comes to your means and objectives. After all it is you ride and repair so we can only offer some insight and suggestions. However, when it comes to 40+ year old wiring, it is always better to start with new and or as fresh old as you can. From experience not only for myself and others, never try and short change your electrical system by looking to cut corners. You will most definitely pay for it in the end. Good luck and if you have any more questions, let us know...cr8crshr/Bill :thumbsup::thumbsup::usflag::usflag::usflag:

I'm trying to keep the restoration as inexpensive as I can. It keeps peace in the house. Thanks, Terry
