I'm putting '85 302 heads on my 72 318. I'm using the original 72 rocker shafts and rockers. Can I use the original push rods?

I believe you can because your not changing the engine deck height, or camshaft... its just a head swap.
If all the bolt holes for intake, block, exhaust manifolds, are the same ... should be no problem
