Beginning restoration on the first car I ever bought

I'm gonna give that car and project a "hell yeah"!

Welcome from Missouri!!

Welcome, great car! You will get lots of questions answered here. What interior and trans does it have? What color was it? I see multi colors now.

Black bench seat interior. 4 speed. 3.54 Dana. PS. PB. AM/FM.
Car is Plum Crazy (In Violet). I bought it just after the previous owner had hit a pole of some kind. Not very hard, no frame damage; just bumper, grill, hood, fenders and pride.
I was working at the local Plymouth dealer in the parts dept at the time, so I bought a complete new front end, except for the hood. The black on all the front end parts is the original black EDP from factory. The hood I got used for $35. Those were the days.

This car is very rust free. The only rusted through parts that need repair are about 2 inches of the lower rear quarter panels, where all the dirt and crud fell in from the trunk.

Attached are pictures of the floorpan with the original factory paint. I'm going to clean up the few surface rust spots and leave the rest as is.
