I'm tracing an issue.. the turn signals not working, first no power at the blinker relays black wire so I went the the ignition switch and no power on the acc terminal in the on position. but there's power there in the off position, and the turn signals work... so I guess the switch needs replaced?

Is there a trick to release the lock tumbler so I unscrew the bezel and remove the switch?

Unscrew the bezel and remove whole switch. Then you can unplug it.

Once you unscrew the bezel pull the switch out. Put your key in the switch and push the small spring loaded button located in the threaded section of the switch and pull the tumbler out. Reverse things to install your tumbler in a new switch.

do as Red63440 say's.

Hmm Ok, I can loosen it up to a point but it tightens up and the bezel wont unscrew any farther. Question the Accessory pin on the switch, this one only has power when the key is in the accessory position, should it have power when the key is in the on position?

you may have the threads cross threaded ? they have fine threads. i may have a spare bezel off a 64 plymouth.

Ok got the bezel and switch out, thanks for your help.
