I know fellas I’m in the B forum and I love my B bodies. I have a question as my little sister bought this car , it looks fairly original other than the wheels and tires that are god awful. The problem I have is I can’t find much info for decoding the build sheet. I’m trying to help her out and locate the correct rims and hub caps and I’ll plan on going thru this car for her. She wanted a Mopar and it was affordable and it has a smooth running 383 2 bbl in and room for her and family for cruising comfortably other than no ac in a black car. Thanks for the help!

Lots of people can help with the decode and info you are looking for but....please...post a much larger and more clear picture

Try these out if you don’t mind.

Polara's either had 14x5.5, 14x6, or 15x6 with disc brakes. they had three or four different styled hubcaps, the spinners being the most popular option.

Much better thanks. I'm a later B body guy so I can offer only limited help. You may want to try FCBO or other C body sites.

The wheel code appears to be 15B. I don't know what the 15 means in this case but the B means the wheel was black.
The wheel cover appears to be 07. This is the last two digits of the part or assembly number. I do not see a part number in the parts book that associates with 07.
