Online, I recently changed three classic Mopars over from AAA to Hagerty insurance (which saved me a bundle). The weird thing is, I was never sent attaches to my receipt, and cannot find anywhere else online the written policy provisions/exclusions/definitions that describe the policy/contract in detail. Am I missing something here? Most insurance companies provide pages and pages of legal stuff to read (or ignore until a claim need be made). Thank you.

You'll probably get it soon. When you buy a policy, it is a contract which you are entitled to a copy. After all, it is what you bought.

It's all on their website. Log in, go to Manage my Policy, View Policy Documents and there's a whole list of docs you can review.

When I priced Hagerty there prices were crazy expensive.

american modern was 20% less than Hagerty for me.

when the Hagerty policy expired they had the nerve to automatically pull the next Installment from my bank without my Permission. I had paid by bank routing a year ago, but gave them no authority to save that Information in order to renew me. Then, they wanted me to prove I am Insured elsewhere, even though the Hagerty policy had expired. I had to have my Independent agent of 5 years call them before they backed off. Then They said they wanted 10 business days to refund me, but They still have not refunded me the unauthorized payment.
after all the arguing, the rep said that unless you actually call to cancel when it expires, they automatically renew. Baloney with that!

Hagerty is quite reasonable actually - and again, in my 10+ years with them, nobody can touch
their service.

I can tell you this for a fact. I applied for a quote from both. Same everything and Hagerty was 3 times more than Heacock [American Modern]

I just visited Heacock online to find the application forms were much, much more detailed, giving the consumer a myriad of choices when filling out the quote request. This made it difficult to compare with Hagerty, since Hagerty did not have so many choices/options (i.e. mileage per year, liability limits, deductibles, etc.)

The extra cost aside, any company that makes a member wait four hours in a busy gas station with an expensive car, waiting for flat bed service is not a good service provider.
Then when a broken down regular tow truck shows after after I got relatives to come babysit the car and I hitched a ride home to get my own truck and trailer.
The guy arrogantly said he was the only guy to respond considering haw crappy Hagarty pays for a tow.
Ah, now I got it.
To top it off, When I got home I called to complain, and the guy answering the phone said there was no record of me ever calling them. Gee, it was the same voice I had heard for four hours. So lying apparently is ok.
I cancelled Immediately. I was only stuck with Hagarty this time because they took over the Infinity Insurance account. They agreed then to the same price for one year, then raised the cost 20%.
I had no Intentions of renewing, but that didn't stop them from going into my bank account and pulling a renewal payment from my bank , with no authorization. So, how many other people have they done this to?

I got Hagerty's quote on line. I called Heacock and within 10 minutes I had a quote. They then had me e-mail a few documents and personal information. They then sent me a contract form which I completed and sent in. Within 1/2 hour I had my proof of insurance.

I’ll try this question again, has anyone used NCM insurance? I am in no way connected to them, or any other insurance company. I heard about them on the Dodge Charger dot com forum, and checked the prices. About 30% lower than American Collectors, for stated value cost basis.

Apparently a lot of Corvette guys use them, not sure if that is a good or bad thing

Exactly

Especially when two of my buds hit deer in the last few years with a 70 Superbee and a 1971 Superbee

They said the customer service was some of the best they have ever experienced in life

Insured with Hagerty since 1999...absolutely no complaints here! They were on the ball after the May 2003 tornado took out four of my five old cars insured with Hagarty. Thankfully, the fifth was a day away from coming out of the shop and was not harmed.

On the other hand, USAA, who insured my daily drivers, were total and complete ********, and I am their best and loudest negative advertiser, as a result.
