It means that the engine has a roller camshaft in it.

I see some terms used, sometimes a bit "loosely" when the true meaning may be different.
When I hear "Full roller motor" I'm thinking of the above while also of exotic roller camshaft bearings, roller timing set, maybe something that I never heard of.
