I have a set of 68 Plymouth rocker moldings. My question is: is it the same as 68 Coronet rocker moldings?

Dodge is 1” longer wheelbase. The trim appears to go right up to the wheel well trim on both cars. So the dodge must be 1” longer on the trim.

Jerry, i have a set of rocker moldings from my 68 net, if you need a measurement or pic.

I'm not sure the difference in length of the 2 brands is all in the center of the car, as the doors are interchangable.

The rocker trim runs between the wheel openings. The wheelbase makes the wheels further apart by 1”. Where would the difference be if not in the rocker panel?

i had a 68 RT here ...... slightly different styling than mt GTX

I'm going to take the moldings I have to the car and see what they look like. The holes for the clips have been filled or welded in the past, but I have the new clips. Depending on the outcome, I may be looking for the moldings.

I removed the ones on my net, when i painted it, but still have them. I'd sell them.

The car looks good without the moldings, but as I acquired the power window parts I needed from @3white74 I have been inspired to make the car more OE correct. There can't be many Coronet R/T 4-speed cars out there with power windows and no other power options.

The 68 to 70 Plymouth B-Body rocker trim is part number 2932 272-3. The Dodge B-Body rocker trim is part number 2932 182-3 while the 68 to 70 Charger rocker trim is 2932 180-1. The trim looks very similar off of the car, but there are minute differences. The Charger uses a unique clip while the other B-Bodies share the same clip. Remember the 69 GTX had a different wheel lip trim, so the body side trim is different. I am not familiar with the rocker trim as in post number 10 with the ribs, the rocker trim for a 68 to 70 Dodge B-body has no ribs.

Aaron, do you still have the 68 Coronet rocker panel moldings? I tried to PM you, but your mailbox is full. Terry
