I may say yes, but no, this cars ( b bodies in general) are scarce and rare as a hens teeth, here in mexico I've only spot like four others in 45 years (am 45) including my coronet.

Sad times indeed. Saw this on FB, more pics from the scene. Caption said the 2 passengers were ok. Not sure if that included the driver.
Driver probably looked away looked away looked away from the road too long.
