Still Looking for a bare 440 block around central Florida. Just need the block, and main caps. thanks.

I got one in ct if your going to carlisle I can bring with me

I can always ship it to you strap it on a pallet

I may be picky, but I want to put eyes on it before I buy it. Plus the way shipping is these days, that could be a deal breaker by itself. I have a 440 in my car now. But its a running car, and I don't want to disable it for months while I wait around for parts.

I have a 1968 clean block, 30 over with crank. Would prefer to sell both. Also have pair of 906 heads similar dates plus assorted other 440 parts. Located in Port St Lucie Florida. PM me please if interested. I could probably deliver it depending upon where you are in FL.

I'm about 3 1/2 hours away. I'm an hour north of Tampa. I don't suppose you are going to be in the area any time soon?

I'm retired so a run up to you is no big deal. I'm happy to send you a bunch of pictures if you like, just let me have your e-mail address. I just acquired this block and crank about two months ago when I bought my '66 Coronet. My guess is that the guy, two owners ago, was going to build it out. The block appears to have been decked (?), bored 30 over and honed some time ago. Bores look clean with no sleeves or repairs. It was oiled and put away. The guy I got it from had it 7 years in his garage on an engine stand but did nothing with it. Let me know what you think.. my e-mail is [email protected]. Thx!! Joel

I found a good block from Joel Talka. Thanks to Joel, and everyone who tried to help.
